These days, the community at large abounds in unscrupulous elements that are just waiting to get their hands on your personal and professional interests. So, do you really want to leave the care of your business or loved ones in the hands of a convicted felon or a person who has a criminal past? If you answered that question with a firm “no,” why not look for arrest warrants issued in St. Charles County, Missouri?

While an order for detention can be issued for scores of reasons, including something as trivial as neglecting to pay traffic violation fines, an active warrant will only be released when an individual is accused of a criminal matter. Such detention decrees do not go out of effect as they can be stored in the police database in the form of outstanding warrants for years without any real change occurring to their powers.

An active warrant issued in St. Charles County does not mean that the person against whom it has been released has been found guilty in the court of law. However, such an order does indicate that the sheriff’s office has a significant amount of evidence to hold the individual responsible for a criminal act.

So, when snooping into a person’s background, a warrant search should definitely form a part of your inquiry. To get information on prior arrest records from St. Charles County along with a report on all prevailing arrest warrants, you can go to:

Crime Statistics of St. Charles County

The St. Charles County Police Department received 5% more criminal reports in 2019 than the prior year. In contrast to the annual average of 850 events in 2018, more than 890 cases were reported in 2019. Over 750 of the complaints were for property offences, while over 135 were for violent crimes.

Property crimes accounted for the majority of the crimes reported in 2019, with 757 complaints. There were about 129 burglaries and around 547 larceny thefts in this category. In the category of violent crimes, there were 102 reports of aggravated assault and 22 reports of rape.

Compared with some of the other state areas, St. Charles County, MO, has a low crime rate of just about 6000 incidents per annum. However, when pitched against other counties across the nation, this figure can hardly be called paltry.

Fortunately, the violent crime rate for the area, which stands at less than 10% of the annual crime average, does give residents some reprieve. Yet, the over 40% increase logged in by both violent and reported crime can quickly change the scenario if cops cannot control the worsening law and order situation.
